Environmental Control Module Tick
Inspect the air filters clean/replace (as detailed in the equipment manual).
Check for leakage in the system.
Check the system holds the temperature (as described in the equipment manual).
Under Stencil Cleaner Tick
Remove any debris and clean the linear bearings. See Page 69.
Remove any debris and clean the magnet assemblies. See Page 69.
Check that the fabric feed mechanism operates correctly.
Check the oscillating motor moves the cleaner mechanism back and forth (Cyclone only).
Check the condition of the squeegee blades (not Cyclone). Squeegee blades must be replaced every 6 months.
Check that the cleaner mechanism raises and lowers smoothly.
Check the stencil cleaner height.
Check that the solvent dispenses and it is at a suitable pressure.
Check that solvent dispenses evenly across the fabric.
Check the condition of all hoses and connections.
Check the correct operation of the vacuum filtration unit.
Perform a USC cycle and confirm correct operation.
Pump USC Solvent for 10 seconds to keep the spray bar clear of paste.
Check external solvent tank for leaked solvent, drain into suitable solvent container. See Page 70.
Check internal solvent tank drain hose for leaked solvent, drain into suitable solvent container. See Page 71.
General Maintenance Tick
For machines with a glass cover, check the glass edges for any damage including scuffs, blisters or chips. If any
damage is found, contact your local CSG office (reference KB1477). Check the glass is fitted and aligned
correctly in accordance with KB1477.
Clean the transport rails of paste and debris.
Check the condition of the board clamps.
Clean the manual tooling plate of paste and debris, apply a wipe of light oil. See Page 53/Page 54.
Remove any debris and clean the rising table vertical linear bearing guide. See Page 53/Page 54.
Remove any debris and clean the rising table ballscrew. See Page 53/Page 54.
Remove any debris and clean the clatter bars. See Page 68.
Remove any debris and clean the transport rail vertical linear bearing guide. See Page 68.
Cycle the board clamps ensuring smooth operation.
Cycle the Test 265test 1 board on the transport rails ensuring smooth operation.
Inspect tooling pins/assemblies/modules for wear.
Remove any debris and clean the print medium splash guard (Dual Lane machine only)

Monthly Hardware Check
Stencil Alignment Tick
Inspect the wiring and connections.
Inspect the three striker plates, clean and apply a wipe of light grease. See Page 64.
Check the actuator fixed ball at the end of the actuator shaft is clean. See Page 64.
Check all actuators home correctly.
DC Power Supplies Tick
Check the DC voltage levels are within tolerance as detailed in the DEK Power Monitor program.
(Press the Windows key - All Programs - DEK Power Monitor.)
Machine Level Tick
Ensure machine is level and all feet exert pressure on the floor.
Paste Dispenser Tick
Cycle the carriage, ensuring smooth operation.
Check the carriage up and down sensors operate correctly.
Check the vanes do not foul the sensors. See Page 55.
Check the linear bearing guides for contamination. See Page 55.
Check the paste dispense movement on the linear bearing.
Check the home dimension.
Inspect wiring/connections and pneumatics.
ProFlow Tick
Check the linear bearing guides for contamination. See Page 67.
Check the linear leadscrew for contamination. See Page 67.
Check the drive belt condition. See Page 67.
Check the pneumatics and connectors are secure.
Check the pressure mechanism operates smoothly.
