If you use the SST 28 for 0603mm (0201) placement with the Function 'Deactivate check for minimal CS structures' than nozzle
scanning is also -automatically- disabled for 906 nozzle.
for nozzles with less than 40 -55 mbar vacuum difference we recommend to program component presence check without vacuum! For
the nozzle vacuum check is deactive or you program so for customized nozzles.
PLEASE NOTE:
95x nozzles are designed
for:
component heigth smaller
1mm / special rupper
material (polyurethan) to
save the BareDie
semiconductor surface.
This nozzle type is
essentially required to
handle BareDies in hybrid
technologie!
The optional component-sensor at C&P 12 placement head work at this nozzle range only with limited component heights.
Approximate maximum comp. height values according the measured nozzle length in component sensor (in mm); consider 0.1 / 0.2
mm safety distance.
The nozzle 905 and 906 are so tiny that nozzle scanning is limited to the specified comp. cameras SST38 and 906 SST38 & SST 29.
