Z Clamp
Delay Timer 1 [msec]
Set the delay time to start the upward movement of the Z clamp after
the backup base has started moving up as the second action.
Delay Timer 2 [msec]
Set the period of time during which the Z clamp is released after
completion of component placement. The backup base starts moving
down after this unclamping operation is completed.
Operation waiting time [msec]
Set the waiting time to be spent before the Z clamp is activated.

Placement mode
(Not Available)
Stage 1, Stage 2
Select either "Placement" or "Pass" as a placement mode for each stage.
In normal cases, select "Placement"
Placement :
The machine is set in the "PLACE" mode.
Pass :
The machine is set in the "PASS" mode.
When "Pass" is set in this text box and the pattern program data is
selected as current one, the vacuum pump is automatically turned off.

Recovery regulation
U-N (Stage 1/Stage 2)
When the placement data is created to cope with the Un-specifi ed
multi-model repetitive pattern function, the recovery regulation must be
specifi ed.
Reference
Refer to "3.3 Multi-Model Repetitive Patterns" for details.
Disable :
The recovery regulation function is disabled.
The normal automatic recovery function is activated.
Enable :
The recovery regulation function is enabled.
When the automatic recovery function is activated,
a pattern with the smallest "Un" No. is recovered
fi rst and the subsequent patterns are recovered in the
ascending order.
As long as all components in the pattern (smaller Un
No.) are not recovered, no components are placed for
the subsequent Un No. (unit).
Block Sort (Stage 1/Stage 2)
When placement data is created to cope with the block sorting function
or the block-specifi ed multi-model repetitive pattern function, the
recovery regulation function must be enabled.
Note
"Block-Specifi ed" means that a control command (0 to 9) is used for
certain data in the placement data (P).
Disable :
The recovery regulation function is disabled.
The normal automatic recovery function is activated.
Enable :
The recovery regulation function is enabled.
When the automatic recovery function is activated,
the components in the group with the smallest block
No. are recovered fi rst and the components in the
subsequent groups are recovered in the ascending
order.
As long as all components in the group (smaller
block No.) are not recovered, the subsequent group of
components (block No.) are not placed.

Note
(a) When "Enable" is set in the "U-N" or the "Block Sort" text box, the
automatic (delayed) recovery function cannot be used.
When "Priority of Comp." is specifi ed in the "Recovery Mode"
group box in the "Opn. Mode" tab sheet ("OPN. MODE" Window
(Submenu)), it is automatically changed to "Stop Auto Run (Priority
of Component Replenishment)" mode.
(b) When "Enable" is set in the "Block Sort" text box of the label
"Recovery regulation", it is invalidated unless the pattern program is
created to cope with the multi-model repetitive pattern function.
This is not regarded as an error during pattern program check
operation.
(c) When "Enable" is set in the "U-N" and "Block Sort" text boxes, only
"Enable" in the "Block Sort" text box becomes valid.
Sample Usage of This Function
•
Use this function when the adjoining pitch of components is "0.4
mm" or less.
There is an effect to prevent the interference between the components
to be placed and the already-placed components and the interference
between the already-placed components and the nozzles during
component placement operation.
•
Use this function when small components must be placed on the
placed large ones.
•
Use this function when the shielding cases, etc., must be attached to
the placed components.
