[1] PCB transfer direction
Select one of the following options to determine the PCB transfer
direction.
L
R :
The PCB ows from the left to the right.
R
L :
The PCB ows from the right to the left.
Note
When the setting is changed, it is required to perform the zeroing operation
again.
[2] Transfer Reference conveyor specify
Select one of the following options to determine the transfer reference
side for the PCB transfer.
Rear :
The rear side is speci ed as a transfer reference.
Front :
The front side is speci ed as a transfer reference.
[3] Auto stop mode
"Enable" or "Disable" can be set in this text box to determine whether
or not the automatic stop function should be used.
"Enable" in "Auto stop mode" Text Box (Standard Setting)
The machine stops when the automatic operation is started by pressing
the [START] button with the machine in the initialized mode (no PCB
on the machine, the machine is waiting for a PCB to be sent from the
input machine and detects that "RUN" signal has stopped coming
from the input machine, and the machine is kept in the condition for 2
seconds.
This function is based on the concept that it will be necessary to
continue automatic operation of the machine when there is no PCB on
the machine and the input machine is not running automatically because
it is apparent that no PCB can be transferred to the machine anymore.
The machine stops automatically when a PCB on the machine is
processed without unprocessed PCB left on the machine and the input
machine is stopped after the last processed PCB on the machine has
been transferred to the output machine.
Note
(a) When the machine is connected to another machine manufactured by
another company, this function may not be activated.
(b) When "SMEMA" is set in the "Input mode" text box of the label
"Input Setup" or in the "Output mode" text box of the label "Output
Setup", this function cannot be used.

[4] Simultaneous transfer setup
Set "Enable" or "Disable" to determine whether or not the PCB transfer
should be made simultaneously between the input and positioning
conveyors and between the positioning and output conveyors.
Enable :
The simultaneous transfer setup function is
used.
Disable (Independent) :
The simultaneous transfer setup function is
not used.
Disable (Asynchronous) :
When a PCB to be discharged passes
through the input sensor on the output
conveyor, the machine starts to take in the
subsequent PCB.
[5] Output conveyor PCB Out
Set "Disable" or "Enable" to determine whether or not a disengaged
PCB should be detected in the output conveyor section.
[6] Furnace Signal Check
Set "Disable" or Enable" to determine whether or not the furnace signal
check function should be activated.
Note
When "SMEMA" is set in the "Input mode" text box of the label "Input
Setup" or in the "Output mode" text box of the label "Output Setup", this
function cannot be used.
