1. Outline of Data
In this machine, the following data is used.
Please fully understand the purposes of each data for better performance of
the machine.
Pattern Program (Chapter 3)
The component IDs in the
component library are used in the
pattern program.

Pattern Program
Pattern programs must be created for each PCB to be produced.
The automatic operation of this machine is controlled by these pattern
programs.
Component Library
This library stores data related to picks, recognition, and placement of each
individual component.
Reference
Refer to the instruction manual
"
Component Library (GXH Series)
"
for
the details of the component library.
Management Data
This management data contains "Management Data", "Pattern Program
Management Data", "Bypass & Rate Data", etc.
System Setting
This function enables the operator to set up various data such as the
machine system data, the nozzle data, and various types of machine
properties, etc., related to the system of the machine.

2.1.1 Outline of Various Data
The pattern program is composed of the following data.
Operation Data :
This data is used to generally manage
the pattern program data.
Placement Head/Nozzle Data :
This data is used to allocate the
nozzles to the speci ed positions
(Nozzle Allocation No.) on the heads.
Placement Feeder Location Data :
This data is used to set parameters
which determine a component ID
(type) to be allocated to each feeder
slot No. (Fdr No.).
Placement Data :
The set parameters (designation
of coordinates and direction) are
used for placement of components
allocated in the placement feeder
location data.
2.1.2 Input of Each Data
Enter each data in the pattern program edit window.
Reference
Refer to "2. Editing of Pattern Program" in "Chapter 3" for details.
Or, enter each parameter, using the network terminal (option) and send it
to the main machine.
Note
Pattern Program Data Sheets
The pattern program filling in sheet described in "Chapter 7" can be used
for your convenience.
