1. Pallet Feeder

The CP-652CE uses a pallet system to feed parts, thus eliminating the device Tables.

Pallets are transferred using a D-axis carrier driven by a timing belt and ball screw.

When the pallets are empty they are ejected from the D-axis carrier area and recirculated

in a counterclockwise direction as seen from the rear of the machine.

2. D-Axis Carrier

As shown in the figure below, a slider on the carrier moves up and down, driven by a

pneumatic cylinder. This slider clamps a tapered groove on the bottom of the pallet, and

so the pallet is transported as the carrier moves.
