3.2 Adjustment of the Pallet Confirmation Sensors
Warning
Turn off the 200 V servo power before carrying out this work.
1. Adjust the sensor amp dial to "MIN."
2. Clamp a pallet on the IN-side setup station.
At this time, adjust the position of the sensor so that the side surface of the dog
coincides with the side surface of the sensor.
Adjust the pallet confirmation sensor for the OUT-side setup station in the same way as
for the IN pallet confirmation sensor.

Confirmation Sensor for the In-side Setup Station
Warning
Turn off the 200 V servo power before carrying out this work.
1. Adjust the sensor amp dial to "MIN."
2. Move the setup station IN-side pallet-feed clamp to the fully retracted end of the
cylinder stroke.
3. Adjust the sensor position so that the following conditions are satisfied:
• Actuated (red LED is illuminated) at origin point
• Immediately switched OFF (and red LED goes dark) when moved away from
origin

Warning
Turn off the 200 V servo power before carrying out this work.
Move the setup station IN-side pallet-feed clamp to the fully advanced end of the
cylinder stroke, and use the same procedure as for the full-retraction sensor to adjust the
position of the sensor.

1. Adjust the sensor amp dial to "MIN."
2. Move the setup station OUT-side pallet-feed clamp to the fully advanced end of
the cylinder stroke.
3. Adjust the sensor position so that the following conditions are satisfied:
• Actuated (red LED is illuminated) at origin point
• Immediately switched OFF (and red LED goes dark) when moved away from
origin
