1 Brief Description
This document describes the 708.1 SP2 Version of the software for SIPLACE® machines. The
software was developed to run the following placement machines:

– SIPLACE SX4
– SIPLACE DX1/DX2
– SIPLACE DX4 (single / dual conveyor)
– SIPLACE CA4
– SIPLACE CA4 eWLP (customer project, no release for series production)
Depending on the configuration, the software can be installed on one or two computers.
The following software components run on these computers:
– Graphical user interface, including SIPLACE Smart GUI
– SIPLACE Vision
– Control software
