Lifting the vacuum pump
When lifting the vacuum pump, always take hold of its base, as its center of gravity is above
this base and parts of the pump could be pulled off if you take hold of it elsewhere.
CAUTION!
When sliding the fork of a fork-lift truck or similar equip-
ment underneath the machine, lower the fork sufficiently
to ensure that any vacuum pump parts fitted underneath
the base unit (such as the vacuum pump fixture plate) are
not damaged.
