Clicking the LotSearchcategoryin the Searchmenuin the main menu of SPCPlus
™
enablesthe
LotSearchdial og boxasshownbelow.Thismenuisthefunctionforshowingtheyieldratioofeach
lotorJOBfileandtheaccumulatedtrendof eachJOBfile,lot,orpad.
This menu performs the following 3 functions:
1. Calculates and displays the yield ratio of each lot or JOB file.
2. The defect quantities of each pad and defect type in the inspected group can be checked.
3. The defect accumulated trend that can check the quantities displayed in number 2 can be visually
inspected.

Inspection Result Description
Good Good-quality PCB with no problem
Warning
PCB with no defect, but pads having results within the warning condition
and can be treated as Good PCB when the PCB counter is handled or the
yield ratio is checked
Pass
The result of 3D inspector™ inspection is NG; that converted as good-
quality PCB by the user is applied as Pass but treated as good when
calculating the yield ratio.
