In no event shall Hitachi be liable for any warranty other than the express one here
and any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
In addition, Hitachi is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages
whatsoever, whether based upon express or implied warranty.
No oral or written information, or advice/suggestion given by Hitachi (its
executives, employees, agencies and all concerned) to the original purchaser or a
thi
rd party shall create a warranty or obligation to Hitachi, regarding the conformity
with the performance of the machine. Formally approved information or advice/
suggestion are excluded.
Hitachi is not responsible for any damage to the provided application software or
loss of data, arising from any damage to this machine.

Installation/Transfer and After-Sale Service
(1) Installation/Transfer
(a) Do not install or transfer the machine on the customer side after shipment.
To ensure perfect operation of the machine, including safety and accuracy,
on
ly our installation service department or well-trained personnel (authorized
by us) will install the machine or transfer it to another place.
(b) Before the machine is installed, the installation site must be properly
prepared on the customer side to ensure the installation requirements
described in the instruction manual.
(c) When the machine should be transferred to another place, please contact
the marketing department or sales agency of Hitachi High-Technologies
beforehand to avoid any trouble related to the transfer.
When the machine is transferred to another place without prior notice to us,
it may break down or malfunction.
In that case, we will in no way be liable for any damage to the machine
regardless of the possibility of any or such damages arising from the
displacement.
Example of Failure and Malfunctions after Machine Transfer:
Frequency and voltage difference in local site may cause a machine
malfunction.
The surrounding circumstances (electromagnetic radiation obstruction or
noises) may cause a machine malfunction.

After-Sale Service
(a)
Contact the marketing department or sales agency of Hitachi High-
T
echnologies for after-sale servicing.
(b) Consult us for maintenance contracts, inspections and servicing contracts,
etc., after expiration of the warranty.
Requirements, Orientation, and Training for Operators
Only well-trained personnel should operate the machine.
Mishandling of the machine will cause a major accident.
We offer orientation and training sessions, using our facilities or local ones to ensure
perfect operation of the machine, including safety and accuracy.
Consult the marketing department or sales agency of Hitachi High-Technologies for the
training application. (Training Fee Charged)

About Specification Change
Consult the marketing department or sales agency of Hitachi High-Technologies
for desired changes of the machine specifications.
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from any modification made without any prior
notice in a written form.
About Disposal of Machine
This machine uses solder paste and industrial alcohol.
Be sure to wear protective equipment (gloves, apron, and mask, etc.) during the
disposal work.
Before disposing of the machine, obtain the material safety data sheet (MSDS)
from each product maker and check them carefully. Each material should be
disposed of according to the described disposal method.
The machine must be handled differently than ordinary trash.
(1) About Disposal of Solder Paste
Solder paste should be entrusted to an authorized industrial waste
disposal firm and disposed of in accordance with "Ordinance on
Prevention of Lead Poisoning and Provisions related to
Waste Disposal
and Cleaning".
Rags, cleaning paper
, etc., used for wiping shall also be disposed of in
the same way.
Obtain the material safety data sheet (MSDS) from the maker and check
the contents described in detail.
(2) About Disposal of Industrial Alcohol
Industrial alcohol should be entrusted to an authorized industrial waste
disposal fi
rm and disposed of in accordance with "Provisions related to
Waste Disposal and Cleaning".
Rags, etc., must be damped with industrial alcohol and incinerated in an
open incinerator
.
As for disposal of the container, be sure to remove alcohol completely
from the container before the disposal.
Obtain the material safety data sheet (MSDS) from the maker and check
the contents described in detail.
