4.4 Replenishment of Industrial Alcohol
CAUTION
Be sure to turn off the power supply to the machine before work.
Only the person in charge of maintenance should perform this work.
DANGER
With the exception of industrial use alcohol, do not use cleaning
solvents.
In particular, be sure not to use gasoline by mistake as it is highly
flammable.
Reference
Refer to "1.2.1 Preparation for Cleaning" for the kinds of industrial
alcohol.
CAUTION
Industrial alcohol is likely to ignite if spilt within the machine.
Do not put the industrial alcohol on the machine. Otherwise, you may
spill the alcohol by mistake, causing it to flow into the inside of the
machine.
Do not put the industrial alcohol nor the replenishment container
inside the machine.
Be sure not to perform replenishment work (supplying the
replenishment container with industrial alcohol) in the machine.
Do not spill industrial alcohol outside the solvent tank during the
replenishment work.
If you have spilt solvent by mistake, clean it up with a rag as soon as
possible.
After cleaning up the spilt solvent, confirm that it has dried
completely and enough ventilation is provided. After that, turn on the
power switch of the machine.
The pressure of the air supplied to the solvent tank is set to 0.015
MPa (0.15 kgf/cm
2
).
If more than the specified pressure is applied, the tank may explode.
Be sure not to change the set pressure.
