1.2 Preparation for Maintenance
1.2.1 Preparation for Cleaning
•
Greasing Brush
Use a brush whose bristles do not come off if possible.
•
Rag (a waste piece of cloth)
Use a rag made of such material as cotton, etc., that produces as less waste
thread as possible.
A clean rag is also required, depending on the spots to be cleaned.
Notice
The remaining waste thread if any will cause the machine to break
down.
•
Oiled Rag
Use a rag made of such material as cotton, etc., that produces as less waste
thread as possible.
Too much grease should not be applied and any different type of grease
should not be mixed into the specified one.
Notice
The remaining waste thread if any will cause the machine to break
down.
•
Air Gun
Do not use the air gun for any spots other than the specified ones.
If dirt and dust are dispersed, they may adhere to the sensors and moving
mechanisms, causing the machine to break down.
