Check on the ‘Feeder’ dialog box of the PCB Edit menu if the corresponding part is
setup at the required feeder.
Defined feeder types are feeder base(tape), stick unit and tray unit.
If trouble continues to occur, please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha
Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. or the local agent.
$5004 Production is stopped without finishing part placement on the PCB. [WARNING ??]
[Problem]
A PCB is stuck to the conveyor.
Production is stopped due to an unexpected error.
[Solution]
Save the log of the machine and send it to a CS engineer in our company for proper
measures.

[Solution]
Stop the automatic production of the machine completely, and check if the machine is
at ‘Idle’ state. Then try the automatic production again.
Despite such checks and measures, if the problem occurs again, contact our designated
C/S and local agent.
$5009 Cannot start production since the machine is in operation. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
When the machine was requested to start automatic production during automatic
production.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$5008”.
$500A Cannot start production since the machine is stopped. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The machine was requested to start production while the machine was in the course of
stopping automatic production.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$5008”.
$500B Cannot start production since the machine is executing MMI command. [WARNING

The machine received a command for automatic production while simultaneously
executing the previous command.

$5011 Empty slot in feeder base. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
Occurs only when using IT feeder system.
After registering a feeder in the IT feeder system, feeder does not actually exist in the
feeder base when downloading PCB file.
[Solution]
Install the registered feeder on the corresponding feeder base.

$5012 Different feeder on the feeder base. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
Occurs only when using IT feeder system.
After registering a feeder in the IT feeder system, feeder does not actually exist in the
feeder base when downloading a PCB file.
[Solution]
Remove the wrong feeder on the corresponding feeder base and install the registered
feeder.
To continue operation disregarding the error, close by clicking right button in the
check box of the wrong feeder on the IT feeder system screen.
1.4.7. Tape Feeder related error [$5100~$51ff]
$5100 No component in the tape feeder $F. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
There is no component in the tape feeder.
[Solution]
Supply components.
$5101 Error about the number of retries in the tape feeder $F occurred. [FREEZE_BATCH
LEVEL]
[Problem]
There is no component actually on the tape feeder.
Pickup position of component in the tape feeder is incorrect.
Vinyl sheet or other foreign matter is jammed in the tape feeder.
Mismatch of tape feeder pitch.
Incorrect mounting of tape feeder.
[Solution]
Supply components to the tape feeder again.
Re-setup the pickup position (X, Y, Z) of the component to which an error occurred in
the Feeder of the “PCB Edit” menu.
Remove the vinyl or other material jammed in the tape feeder.
Adjust the pitch of tape feeder.
Re-install the tape feeder correctly.
$5103 Failed to find the available tape feeder. [WARNING LEVEL]
