First, execute the “Position” dialog box by clicking the button. After clicking
the ‘Hole Position Detail …’ in the ANC menu, select the error occurred ANC hole to
verify if the coordinates of the hole are correct and check if the selected device to be
moved is selected as “FidCam”. Then check if the hole center matches with the setup
position by clicking the <Move> button to move to the corresponding ANC hole.
Also, check if the set Z value of the ANC hole coordinate is accurate by moving down
the Z-axis manually using the teaching box.

$6040 Z axis couldn't move to the put position. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Errors occurred while moving down the Z-axis for the nozzle ‘Put’ operation.
[Solution]
Check the position of the corresponding ANC hole and Z-axis offset.
For the ANC position check, refer to the ‘ANC hole position check’ in the
[Countermeasure] in $6030. Ensure if the Z-axis offset value of the corresponding
head is correctly set up.
For calibration of the Z-axis offset, refer to the “12.3.10.2 Head Z / R Offset
Calibration” in the “Administrator’s Guide”.
$6050 Z axis couldn't move to a safe height after putting. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Errors occurred while moving up the Z-axis for the nozzle ‘Put’ operation.
[Solution]
Perform [Solution] in $6040.
$6060 Can't get, nozzle in the head. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Nozzle actually exists when trying to get nozzle.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
