$6040 Z axis couldn't move to the put position. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Errors occurred while moving down the Z-axis for the nozzle ‘Put’ operation.
[Solution]
Check the position of the corresponding ANC hole and Z-axis offset.
For the ANC position check, refer to the ‘ANC hole position check’ in the
[Countermeasure] in $6030. Ensure if the Z-axis offset value of the corresponding
head is correctly set up.
For calibration of the Z-axis offset, refer to the “12.3.10.2 Head Z / R Offset
Calibration” in the “Administrator’s Guide”.
$6050 Z axis couldn't move to a safe height after putting. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Errors occurred while moving up the Z-axis for the nozzle ‘Put’ operation.
[Solution]
Perform [Solution] in $6040.
$6060 Can't get, nozzle in the head. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Nozzle actually exists when trying to get nozzle.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.

Check the existence of nozzle for the corresponding head.
Press the “READY” button to supply power to the machine.
Although a nozzle is actually mounted on the corresponding head, if it is setup not to
have been mounted on the error occurred head in the dialog box of the ANC menu,
tick the ‘No real motion (Manual)’ and after selecting the error occurred head, select
the ANC hole where the nozzle is put on the head. Then set up the ANC once more by
clicking the <Pick> button.
$6070 No nozzle in the head. Can't get. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Mismatch of ANC hole center after nozzle get operation, or nozzle does not exist in
the head due to inadequate height setup.
Vision nozzle check has not performed properly.
[Solution]
Perform [Solution] in $6030.
$6080 Z axis couldn't move to the get position. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
