reboot the system.
$ac14 The angle of the component has deviated from the reference value.
[Problem]
The Angle of the component has been rotated too much when picking up the
component.
[Solution]
Perform [Solution] in $ab2b.
$ad01 Not a type of the component available for ‘Auto Teach’.
[Problem]
Tried on a type of the component to which the ‘Auto Teach’ function is not supported.
The “Auto Teach” supports CHIP-Rect, TR, TR2, BGA, SOP, SOP2, SOJ, SOJ2, QFP,
PLCC and FLIPCHIP only.
[Solution]
Register manually the components for which ‘Auto Teach’ is not supported.
$ad02 Tangential distance shall be zero for ‘Atuo Teach’.
[Problem]
The ‘Auto Teach’ function is not supported for the component whose tangential
distance is not zero.
[Solution]
Register manually when the tangential distance of the component is zero.
$ad03 The number of leads on one side shall be minimum four for ‘Auto Teach’.
[Problem]
The ‘Auto Teach’ function is not supported for the components having less than four
leads on each side.
[Solution]
Register manually for the components having less than four leads on each side.
$ad04 There shall be no gap when performing the ‘Auto Teach’.

The ‘Auto Teah’ function is not supported for the components having missing pins.
[Solution]
Register manually for the components having missing pins.
$ad05 Lead group on one side shall be one for ‘Auto Teach’.
[Problem]
The ‘Auto Teach’ function is not supported for the component having more than two
lead groups on one side.
[Solution]
Register manually the component having more than two lead groups on one side.
$ad06 When performing “AutoTeach”, the number of parameters is different from that of
the lead group, and it cannot be one parameter.
[Problem]
An error occurred due to H/W problem or S/W problem.
[Solution]
Turn off power to the machine in the usual way. Wait 5 seconds, turn back on and
reboot the system.
$ad07 Can not find the end of foot of the(%d)th lead group when performing ‘Auto Teach’
$ad08 Can not find the beginning of the foot of the(%d)th lead group when performing
‘Auto Teach’.
[Problem]
Lighting setup is inadequate.
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu and check that
illumination is correctly setup in the “Profile Editor”.
Set the background of the component to look dark, and the lead and foot to look bright.
$ad09 Can not find the boundary of foot and lead in the(%d)th lead group when performing
‘Auto Teach’.
[Problem]
The boundary between the lead and foot is not visible when performing the ‘Auto
Teach’.
Lighting setup is inadequate.
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu and check that
