Check before service.
Remove power & air-source only for
authorized personnel.
As the current with high-voltage flows inside
the cover or in the area near the switch,
take precautions against electric shock.
Be sure to turn off the main switch in the
left-lower cover of the rear side before
maintenance.
Do not put a hand in during operation.
Part where this label is attached contains
moving parts,
it is very dangerous if the user
disassembles any part or opens the cover
while operating.
Stop the machine before servicing.
Stop the machine before maintenance or
error troubleshooting.
Be careful when cleaning the cover.
Dip a clean ultra-fine fiber cloth in the
specified cleaning liquid, and wipe the
acrylic cover of the door gently using the
cloth.
The following actions may damage the anti-
static
cover. For this reason, please handle
carefully.
Cleaning using hydrogen carbonate,
ester, ketone, acid, strong alkali or
chemicals similar to these
Cleaning by rubbing the acrylic cover
applying strong force with an ultra-fine
fiber cloth

Users of artificial cardiac pacemakers
must not approach the machine
If a failure occurs to an artificial cardiac
pacemaker due to the magnetic force of
linear motor inside the cover, the user may
be injured
or die. Therefore, do not
approach the machine.
Danger of injury due to magnetic force.
If a metallic material or ornament sticks to
the machine due to the magnetic force of
linear motor inside the cover, a person may
be injured. Therefore, exercise caution.
Do not attach a magnet to the linear
scale.
Keep the linear scale clean by preventing
it from being contaminated by foreign
materials.
