3) Check whether the tube and fitting are damaged. If a problem occurs, contact or our
local agent. (Replace the Tube and Fitting.)
E0101 Vacuum pressure is low due to contaminated vacuum air line
[Cause]
1) Fouled head vacuum filter
2) Fouled Air Tube, Ball Splin
[Measures]
1) Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the vacuum filter)
2) Open the 'Pneumatic Pressure Diagnosis' dialog box of the MMI and insert the CN040
nozzle into the nozzle holder. Then turn on the vacuum system. The normal head
vacuum level is 600~700mmHg with the nozzle end covered with a hand. (The nozzle
and vacuum level differ by machine.)
E0102 Low vacuum pressure due to an oil leak into the vacuum generator
[Cause]
Fouled vacuum generator filter (Except for machines applying a vacuum pump)
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent.(Replace the vacuum generator)
E0103 Vacuum is not generated due to a defective connection cable of the vacuum solenoid
valve
[Cause]
The solenoid valve power supply cable is not connected properly.
[Measures]
Check that the solenoid valve power supply line is properly connected. If it has a
problem, contact or our local agent. (Replace the head vacuum solenoid power supply
cable.)
E0104 Vacuum is not generated due to a defective connector of the solenoid valve in front of
the vacuum generator
[Cause]
The connector of the solenoid valve in front of the vacuum generator is not connected
properly
[Measures]
Reassemble the connector of the solenoid valve in front of the vacuum generator.
E0105 Vacuum is not generated due to a defective head I/O board

Advanced Chip Shooter DECAN S2 Troubleshooting Guide
Defective head I/O board operation
[Measures]
Change the head I/O board and check whether it operates properly. Contact our
designated C/S company or local agent.
E0106 Abnormal vacuum generation due to a defective vacuum sensor board
[Cause]
Defective vacuum sensor board operation
[Measures]
Change the vacuum sensor board and check whether it operates properly. Contact our
designated C/S company or local agent.
E0107 Low vacuum pressure due to air leak
[Cause]
Air leaks from the Rotary Joint, Coil Tube, Vacuum Sensor Board, tube Fittings, etc.
Check whether noise is generated
[Measures]
Check the air leaking point listening to the air leaking sound. If it is necessary to
replace a part, contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace rotary
joint, coil tube, tube fittings, etc.)
E0108 Overall low vacuum pressure due to defective setup of the main pneumatic pressure
[Cause]
Incorrect setup of the main air regulator of the machine (0.45~0.55Mpa)
[Measures]
Set the pneumatic pressure again. (0.5 MPa)
E0109 Low vacuum pressure due to a defective blow gauge setup
[Cause]
Defective blow gauge setup (1 bar)
[Measures]
Set the pneumatic pressure again. (1 bar)
E0110 Delayed vacuum generation due to a defective vacuum delay setup
[Cause]
Check the Vac. Delay
[Measures]
Set the Vac. Delay again.

E0120 The XY coordinates of the corresponding spindle center become incorrect due to a
deformed ball spline
[Cause]
Deformed ball spline
[Measures]
Check the run-out state of the ball spline after removing the nozzle holder. If
necessary, reassemble the ball spline or perform calibration. Contact our designated C/
S company or local agent. (Replace ball spline )
E0121 Incorrect setup of the XY coordinates of the pickup point
[Cause]
Incorrect pickup position setup in the 'Feeder' menu of the MMI
[Measures]
Teach the part pickup position of the feeder again.
E0122 Incorrect tape guide position causes interference during feeding
[Cause]
1) The tape guide is not secured correctly with a locker.
2) There is foreign material on the vinyl contact surface of the tape guide.
3) The tape guide is deformed due to collision or is worn out.
[Measures]
1) Secure the tape guide with locker correctly
2) Clean the tape guide periodically.
3) Contact our designated C/S company or local agent for proper measures.
E0123 The part feeding position becomes incorrect due to incorrect tape splicing caused by
a splicing error
[Cause]
Wrong tape splicing due to incorrect tape reel splicing.
[Measures]
Splice the vinyl using the vinyl splicing tape and splicing tip provided by Hanwha
Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and splice the tape reel again properly. (Refer to the
tape feeder manual)
E0124 The Y part feeding position is incorrect when installing tape
[Cause]
The Y coordinate for pickup has deviated since there is a part or foreign material on
the reference surface of the tape feeder.
