Correctly calibrate the Z axis offset again referring to the Administrator's Guide
manual.
E0134 When the Z offset is incorrect
[Cause]
The Z axis offset has been changed due to external causes including defects with the Z
axis motor.
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent for proper measures.
E0140 Standard nozzle is not used
[Cause]
A genuine nozzle is not used
[Measures]
Use the standard nozzle supplied by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.. The
'HANWHA' logo is printed on the side of the nozzle supplied by Hanwha Precision
Machinery Co., Ltd..
E0141 Damaged nozzle tip, abnormal nozzle spring tension
[Cause]
The nozzle spring does not move properly
[Measures]
Inject oil onto the nozzle spring referring to the Maintenance Handbook.

E0142 The nozzle is clogged
[Cause]
The nozzle is clogged due to defective maintenance
[Measures]
Clean the nozzle periodically referring to the Maintenance Handbook.
E0143 The nozzle not suitable for the part used
[Cause]
Since the nozzle (gripper) suitable for the part is not used, the corresponding part is
not picked up (gripped) or is jammed in the nozzle.
[Measures]

E0150 Parts are not dumped properly due to an incorrect Vacuum Check function setup
[Cause]
Vacuum check setup error
[Measures]
Check whether parts are picked up properly (check for any problem with the vacuum).
Check whether parts are dumped after recognition by the vision system (check for any
problems with part dumping).
Change the vacuum check function to the entire vacuum check (System Constant 66
OPT_PICK_VAC_CHK: 19 -> 27).
E0160 There is a problem with the part dump due to abnormal pneumatic pressure
[Cause]
The vacuum filter is contaminated or blow pressure is set incorrectly.
[Measures]
Check the blow pressure and set it again.

1.2.1.2. Part recognition error
E0200 The image from the camera is not displayed on the vision screen
[Cause]
1) Defective fly camera or fix camera
2) Defective Fly Camera I/F cable or Fix Camera 1 and 2 cables, or defective cable
connection (Applies to the SM series machines excluding the SLM, SCM1 and
SM451)
3) Defective Fly Camera Pw Sync Ext Cable and its connection
4) Defective vision board
5) Defective vision I/F board
6) Defective camera I/O board (total destruction of internal chips by fire)
7) Defective power supply
8) The vision I/F board is not connected properly
[Measures]
1) Replace the camera.
2) Check whether the following cables are connected properly. Replace the cable that has
a problem
Cable connecting the vision board and vision I/F board
Cable connecting the vision I/F board and flat cable
Cable connecting the flat cable and camera I/O board.
Cable connecting the camera I/O board and fly camera
3) Connect the fly camera Pw Sync Ext cable again. If the problem occurs continuously,
replace the cable. (Applies to the SM series machines excluding the SLM, SCM1 and
SM451.)
4) Replace the vision board.
5) Replace the vision I/F board.
6) Replace the camera I/O board.
7) Check for the 12V output voltage of the 12V connector at the front of the PC rack. If it
has any problems, replace the PC power supply.
8) Connect the I/F cable of the vision board again. If the problem occurs continuously,
replace the cable.
E0201 The image from the camera is deformed or blurred
[Cause]
1) Defective Fly Cam Sig Ext cable or Fix Cam signal cable and connection
