E0329 A part adheres to adhesive foreign material adhering to the nozzle tip

A nozzle suitable for the part is not used

Change the nozzle with the one suitable for the corresponding work referring to the
Operation Handbook.
E0350 Failed to detect a pickup error due to a defective vacuum sensor board

E0351 Defective nozzle check sensor operation (PIP part)

The nozzle check sensor does not operate due to interference with the light source

E0410 Gantry offset occurred since calibration has not been performed for a long period of
time

Calibration has not been performed for a long period of time. (Condition change
according to the site environment)

Perform the common XY calibration referring to the Administrator's Guide.
E0411 After a certain period of time, XY coordinate distortion occurred in the working area
of a certain gantry.

Gantry mapping was performed incorrectly due to a defective fiducial mark position
for the temperature mapping of a certain gantry.
[Measures]
Check whether the fiducial mark position for temperature mapping is correct and
perform temperature mapping again.
