Check that the fiducial mark of the PCBs under production is defective first and that
the fiducial mark is set properly. Then check that the illumination for the fiducial mark
recognition is set properly. If the illumination board has a problem, contact our
designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the outer illumination board of the
fiducial camera)
E0441 The fiducial outer illumination board cable is not connected properly
[Cause]
The fiducial outer camera illumination board cable is not connected properly
[Measures]
Secure the cable firmly and reassemble it. If the cable has a problem, contact our
designated C/S company or local agent. (Outer illumination board cable of the fiducial
camera)
E0442 Impossible to search the fiducial mark edge
[Cause]
1) The reference mark of the fly camera is contaminated
2) The folding mirror is contaminated
[Measures]
1) Clean the fly camera reference mark and folding mirror.
2) When recognizing the part, release the setup for the reference mark recognition.
(Change the constant: OPT_HRS_VISION: 1 → 0)
E0443 Camera dip switch setup error
[Cause]
Incorrect camera focus
The illumination is turned on, but the image from the camera does not appear
The camera is installed properly, but the image from the camera does not appear
[Measures]
Check the setup of the camera dip switch. (Internal synchronization, external
synchronization, shutter speed)
E0444 The fiducial camera illumination is not set properly
[Cause]
The brightness of the illumination is set too high or camera setup is not performed
properly

[Cause]
Damaged fiducial mark
[Measures]
Clean the contaminated fiducial mark.
E0446 The fiducial mark has not been set
[Cause]
The fiducial mark has not been set
[Measures]
If the fiducial mark is not set up, parts will not be placed properly in various forms for
most PCBs. Check the fiducial mark setup again.
E0450 Incorrect setup of the coordinate for part placement
[Cause]
For all PCBs, all parts were placed incorrectly in the uniform state.
[Measures]
Set the placement origin of the corresponding PCB again.
E0451 For Array PCB, all parts were placed incorrectly only on the specific PCB in the
uniform state.
[Cause]
Incorrect Array setup
[Measures]
Set the Array Offset of the corresponding PCB again.
E0460 An LED part was placed being flipped over or with its polarity being changed
[Cause]
The algorithm for reverse insertion and flip-over of the LED is not applied.
[Measures]
Use the 'LED Flip Check' function referring to the Administrator's Guide.
E0461 A part stands on an edge or is flipped over due to a defective tape reel
[Cause]
1) Part is lifted by static electricity generated due to defective tape reel.

2) Emboss tape reel is used for an 8mm 4 pitch feeder that uses a paper tape reel.
[Measures]
1) Check whether parts are lifted off when peeling vinyl from the tape manually. Replace
the tape when there is a problem.
2) Check whether the reel installed in the feeder is the correct one. Use an emboss tape
feeder for an emboss tape reel.
E0462 A part stands on an edge or is flipped over due to a deformation of the tape guide and
tape shutter
[Cause]
1) Deformation of tape guide due to external impact
2) Deformed shutter interferes with a part.
[Measures]
1) Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the tape guide)
2) Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the shutter)
E0463 A part stands on an edge or is flipped over due to abnormal shutter operation
[Cause]
Defective operation of shutter
[Measures]
Check whether the shutter operates smoothly. If it has a problem, apply grease to it
referring to the tape feeder manual.
E0470 Temporary vision recognition error occurred
[Cause]
Defective or incorrect parts were recognized as normal due to a temporary vision
recognition problem
[Measures]
Check whether there is a vision recognition problem by performing a part recognition
test several times with various parts. If the problem occurs continuously, contact our
designated C/S company or local agent.
E0480 Setup for part recognition was performed so that the fiducial mark shall be recognized
after
recognizing a bad mark
[Cause]
