Warning Please check the movement of the sensor and cylinder in
the ‘Diagnosis I/O’ of MMI.
As it is dangerous to check the sensor during the operation
of the equipment, be sure to check the equipment in stop
status (idle mode) after releasing “Ready”.
$3046 Check the sensor for upward movement of the stopper. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
When the stopper upward movement sensor failed to detect the upward movement of
the stopper..
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code "$3045”.
$3047 Check the stopper downward movement sensor. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
When the stopper downward movement sensor failed to detect the downward
movement of the stopper.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code "$3045”.
$3048 Check the state of the edge fixer. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
When the edge fixer is not turned on or off due to mechanical interference.
When pneumatic pressure is not supplied to the cylinder of the edge fixer properly.
A problem occurred in the wiring of the sensor related to the turning on/off of the edge
fixer.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
If there is mechanical interference related to turning on/off the edge fixer, remove it.
Watch the gage of the Conveyor Regulator to check if pneumatic pressure is supplied
properly.
Turning the handle of the Conveyor Regulator clockwise will increase the pressure
while turning it counterclockwise will reduce the pressure.

Supply power to the motor of the machine by pressing the “READY” button.
Drive the belt again.
