Make the width of all conveyor stations identical.
$306a Timeout occurred while changing conveyor width. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The conveyor width failed to be adjusted as designated within designated time while
changing conveyor width.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Check if there is any mechanical interference while changing conveyor width.
Check the operation state of the step control board and PB driver related to the width
adjustment of the corresponding conveyor
$306b Timeout occurred while the conveyor is homed. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]

homing the rail axis.

the MMI data.
Remove the corresponding PCB or create the history using the ‘New’ command.
$3083 A board was detected in the station. Remove the board first. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
There is a station in which the PCB with no transfer history was detected.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3080”.
$3086 Cannot disable the rail use since there is a board in the station. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
A PCB exists in the corresponding station when disabling the rail.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
After removing the corresponding PCB, click the <Delete> button in the ‘Conveyor
Utilities’ dialog box of the MMI to delete the corresponding PCB information and
then disable the corresponding station.
$308c Scale calibration of the gantry %d fiducial camera is not performed. [FREEZE
LEVEL]
[Problem]
While finding the fiducial on the rail to check the width of the conveyor, scale
calibration of the fiducial camera finding the rail fiducial has not been performed.
[Solution]
Perform scale calibration of the fiducial camera of the corresponding gantry in the
‘Calib’ submenu of the ‘System Setup’ menu.
Since the scale calibration of the fiducial camera is basic for all calibrations, perform
calibration of the fiducial camera first.
$308d Failed to find the fiducial on the conveyor rail. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Cause]
Failed to find the fiducial on the conveyor rail while finding the fiducial to check the
conveyor width.
The fiducial installed on the conveyor rail is not clean.
The corresponding fiducial is dirty or parts have fallen on the fiducial.
The light for the camera is too bright or too dark.
