Advanced Chip Shooter DECAN S2 Troubleshooting Guide
Cannot find the corresponding fiducial position since the conveyor width has been
changed with the power supply turned off.
The gantry cannot move to the fiducial position since the position of the corresponding
fiducial is selected incorrectly.
This problem may be caused by an error of another system or by the vision itself.
[Measures]
When the fiducial camera fails to recognize the fiducial even though it is above the
fiducial, clean the fiducial at the center of the work station of the conveyor.
If the fiducial camera is not above the fiducial, remove the backup pin and take the
following actions.
If the ‘Rail Fiducial’ is enabled, click the button to perform homing.
If the problem occurs continuously, contact our designated C/S or local agent.
$308f An unknown error occurred in the station. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
PCB was jammed while moving the PCB.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Check if there is mechanical interference that obstructs the flow of the corresponding
PCB.
Move the PCB to which a problem occurred manually and click the <Delete> button in
the ‘Conveyor Utilities’ dialog box of the MMI to delete the corresponding PCB
information.
$3091 The board sensor did not arrive at the inlet sensor.. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB did not arrive normally before timeout from the machine at the previous
stage or previous station.
The PCB did not arrive normally before timeout from the machine at the previous
stage or previous station.
The belt of the corresponding station is not driven.
The PCB is not transferred due to mechanical interference.
The corresponding sensor operated incorrectly.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.

System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
When a PCB has dropped due to the excessive width of conveyor, reduce the width,
remove the dropped PCB, and start again.
Widen the conveyor width when a PCB got jammed due to narrow conveyor width.
Check if the belt of the corresponding station operates normally.
If there is any mechanical interference that obstructs the flow of the corresponding
PCB, remove it.
Check the operation status of the corresponding PCB. If it has a problem, replace it.
If any problem occurs, contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision
Machinery Co., Ltd. or the local agent.
Warning Adjusting the sensor or correcting an error while the
equipment is ready could result in personal injury. Be sure
to adjust the sensor or correct an error in the stop status
(idle mode) after canceling the ready status.
$3092 The board did not get out of the detection range of the inlet sensor.. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB detected by the inlet sensor is stuck.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code "$3091”.
$3093 The board did not arrive at the placement sensor. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB that moved out of the detection range of the inlet sensor is stuck.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3094 The board did not get out of the detection range of the placement sensor. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB detected by the placement sensor is stuck.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3095 The board did not arrive at the WorkOut sensor.. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]

Advanced Chip Shooter DECAN S2 Troubleshooting Guide
The PCB that moved out of the detection range of the placement sensor was not
detected by the workout sensor within a certain period of time.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3096 The board did not move out of the detection range of the WorkOut sensor. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB failed to be moved to the exit shuttle after it was detected by the WorkOut
sensor.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3097 The board did not arrive at the BoardOut sensor. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB that moved out of the detection range of the WorkOut sensor did not arrive at
the BoardOut sensor.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3098 The board did not move out of the detection range of the BoardOut sensor. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
The board did not move out of the detection range of the BoardOut sensor.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
Check if the BoardOut sensor is at the same height as the conveyor of the next
machine.
$3099 The board did not arrive at the stopper. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB did not arrive at the stopper in the corresponding station.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Check if there is any mechanical interference that obstructs the flow of the
corresponding PCB.
Check if the belt of the corresponding station operates normally
