5.3 Maintenance Method
• For tape feeders of 12 mm width or more

Take-up Reel Socket

Take-up Link (Including TF-0814)
Every month Lubrication
Work it using the following procedure.
1. Remove the take-up reel socket and take-up
reel feed spring, in that order.
2. Remove the sliding section of the tape
take-up link from the feed lever.
3. Apply New Molynoc Grease No. 1 where
needed, using a thin bar.
4. Attach the sliding section of the tape take-up
link to the feed lever.
5. Attach the take-up reel feed spring and the
take-up reel socket, in that order.
Slack Link Selection Section
Every month Lubrication
Remove the slack link, apply New Molynoc
Grease No. 1 with a thin bar.
Do not apply grease where it is
not necessary, dust or fibers might
adhere there and so might cause
a pick-up error.

Suppressor Holding Lever Fulcrum Pin
Every month Lubrication
Remove the fulcrum pin from the suppressor
hook section and apply New Molynoc Grease
No. 1, using a thin bar.
After so greasing, move the suppressor holding
lever several times to ensure a smooth coating.

Transfer Claw Fulcrum Section
Every month Lubrication
Apply New Molynoc Grease No. 1 from
the opening, using a thin bar.
Tape Feed Link Assembly Fulcrum Section,
