1. Scope

The tape feeders for the TCM-X series supply chip components to the chip

mounter (TCM-X series).

1.1 Types of Tape Feeders

1. Scope

The tape feeder for TCM-X series cannot be used for TCM-3000/

1000 series machine.

(a) Two or more feedings are required for feed pitches of 24 mm and

32 mm.

(b) Slight discrepancy may occur between the values in the table and

actual ones.

2. Attachment and Detachment of Tapes

• Taking TF-0810 as an example, these procedures are here described.

The same procedures apply to the other tape feeder models except for

those given special descriptions.

When proceeding with a tape feeders of 12

mm width or more, mount it onto the

attached feeder set jig.
