► Schließen Sie alle Abdeckungen.
► Schalten Sie die Maschine wieder ein.
► Fahren Sie den BE-Wagen in die Maschine.
► Schließen Sie die Haube.
Die Stationssoftware erkennt automatisch, dass die Innenraumbeleuchtung eingebaut ist und steuert die
Funktion entsprechend:
▪ Die Innenraumbeleuchtung wird eingeschaltet, wenn der Sicherheitskreis geöffnet ist, z.B. bei
geöffneter Haube.
▪ Die Innenraumbeleuchtung wird ausgeschaltet, wenn sich die Maschine im Produktionsmodus be-
findet.
Verlängerungskabel am Distributor anstecken
► Öffnen Sie die Distributortür an Stellplatz 1 in
Sektor 2.
► Lokalisieren Sie den Stecker X18qa.
► Stecken Sie das Verlängerungskabel am Stecker
X18qa an (1).
► Schließen Sie die Distributortür.
HINWEIS
Funktionstest
► Zum Funktionstest kann die Innenraumbeleuchtung auch über die E/A-Funktionen einge-
schaltet werden. Schalten Sie diese aber immer vor Produktionsbeginn wieder aus, da die
Bestückgenauigkeit durch Fremdlicht wie die Innenraumbeleuchtung beeinträchtigt werden
kann.
