Contents of this chapter
This chapter describes the maintenance works required for the proper machine
operation, the methods of inspecting the operation of each axis or sensor and
the methods of setting up the user-customized machine function.
Note that some engineering maintenance tasks have to be carried out with the
interlock feature disabled by the maintenance switch.
Before performing maintenance, the maintenance personnel must have a good
understanding of the safety precautions.

button.
- The PASSWORD screen then appears.

Input the engineering password in the input space [1], and then
press the <ENTER> button.
- The factory preset engineering password is "123".
