single-phase is supplied
to the light source box
when the machine is
turned ON.
If not, turn OFF the
facility power supply
and then check the cable.
The halogen lamp
does not light
even when the
power is properly
supplied, the cable
may be broken or
the light source
box may be
defective.

when the EMO
switch is ON.
The EMO
switch is faulty.
Check the contact
operation of the EMO
switch.
(OFF: normal close)

The power supply to the
machine is immediately
shut off (axes stop). The
spindle rotation will stop
after about 15 seconds.
If the contact
operation is
abnormal, the
EMO switch may
be defective.
