Message
Temperature in the electrical box has increased.
What was
detected
Temperature increase in the electrical box was detected.
During what
operation it
occurred
At any time.
State after
detection
The Z-axis retreats to the upper end. The other axes come to a stop.
The cutting operation is temporarily halted.
Phenomenon Probable causes Remedy Reference
What to do
The fan in the
electrical box is
stopped.
The fuse (F1, F2) is
blown.

nearest DISCO
Service Office.
Failure of the fan. Contact your
nearest DISCO
Service Office.
The error occurs
although the fuse
(F1, F2) is normal.
The thermal sensor
lineisbroken.
Contact your
nearest DISCO
Service Office.
Recovery
(1) Cancel the alarm.
(2) Turn OFF the machine power.

E0015 : Water case overflow error.
Error code
E0015
Message
Water case overflow error.
What was
detected
There was an input to the overflow sensor because the water level in the
water case exceeds the prescribed water level.
During what
operation it
occurred
While the wheel coolant water is ON and during spinner cleaning.
State after
detection
The Z-axis retreats to the upper end. The spindle stops rotating. The X-, Y-
and θ-axes immediately stop. Cleaning operation stops, if the error occurs
during spinner cleaning.
Phenomenon Probable causes Remedy Reference
What to do
Thedrainageinthe
water case is poor.
The wastes strainer
of the drain is
clogged.
Clean the drain
wastes strainer.
The error occurs
regardless of the
water level in the
water case.
The overflow sensor
is defective.
Replace the sensor.
The overflow sensor
line is defective.
Contact your
nearest DISCO
Service Office.
Recovery
(1) Cancel the alarm.
(2) Clean the wastes strainer in the water case.
(3) Turn ON the wheel coolant water only and check whether the water
drains properly.
(4) Press the <START> button to resume the operation or press the <EXIT>

E0019 : Insufficient clean air pressure.
Error code
E0019
Message
Insufficient clean air pressure.
What was
detected
The clean air supply pressure has dropped to below the lower limit defined
on the SENSOR THRESHOLD DATA screen [screen 6.6].
During what
operation it
occurred
At any time.
State after
detection
The Z-axis retreats to the upper end. The spindle stops rotating. The X-axis
returns to a location under the microscope. The Y- and θ-axes decelerate
and stop.
Phenomenon Probable causes Remedy Reference
What to do
The error occurs
when the clean air
supply pressure is
lower than the
minimum limit.
The supply pressure
of clean air is too
low.
Check the supply
pressure of clean
air.
Check that the
clean air piping is
not clogged or bent.
The error occurs
when the clean air
supply pressure is
as same as or
higher than the
minimum limit.
The limit setting of
the pressure sensor is
improper.
Correct the setting
of the pressure
sensor to 0.2MPa.
The pressure sensor
is detective
Replace the sensor.
Recovery
(1) Cancel the alarm.
(2) Press the <Sensor> button to call up the SENSOR STATUS screen.
(3) Make sure that the air pressure gauge reads 0.5MPa.
(4) Effect system initialization.
