Select the DO for "S/T (spinner table) UP/DOWN" to lower the
spinner table.

From the ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE screen [screen 7.0],
press the <F2> button.
- The AXIS OPERATION screen [screen 7.2] then appears.

Select "NOZZLE" item and move the spinner nozzle to above the
spinner table by using the function button.

Turn OFF the main switch and pull out the key.

Turn OFF the circuit breaker at the left of the machine. Lock out
the circuit breaker lever with a padlock or the like.

Shut off the facility power supply.

Procedures for replacing the spray tip
WARNING
- When performing the procedure set forth in this section, you have to
place your hands in the transport drive section. If other person
touches the machine while performing maintenance, your fingers or
hands may be caught or cut off by inadvertently activated machine.
Ensure that no other person touches the machine while perform
maintenance.
- If any touch panel control is inadvertently activated during
maintenance or inspection, unexpected machine operation may
cause death or serious injury.
While you don't use the touch panel, press the Disco's logo button
located at the upper left of the screen in order to lock up and
deactivate the touch panel.
CAUTION
Exercise care not to drop tools or parts on the spinner table during
consumables replacement. If you drop such things on the spinner
table, the table may be broken.

Open the rear arm section cover.

Replace the spray tip which is incorporated at the end of the
nozzle axis.
- In the case of the spinner high pressure pump, replace the high
