3-3. Replacing the Chuck Table Center Ring
Procedures for replacing the chuck table center ring

From outside of the splash cover, visually make sure that the
spindle is completely stopped.

Make sure that there is no water in the water case.
If there is any water in the water case, allow it to thoroughly dry.
Also, water in the bellows section must be wiped away with a lint-
free cloth.

Remove the chuck table.

Remove the center ring.

Install a new center ring.

Set the chuck table on the table base.

Make sure that there is no water in the spinner cleaning section.
- If there is any water in the spinner cleaning section, wipe it
away with a lint-free cloth and dry thoroughly.

Remove the spinner table from the table base.
