5-1-1. Removing the machine outer cover
Procedures for removing the machine outer cover

Turn OFF the main switch and then remove the key.

Turn OFF the circuit breaker at the left of the machine. Lock out
the circuit breaker lever with a padlock or the like.

Shut off the facility power supply.

Close the facility main valve of air and the cleaning water.

Remove the covers [H] and [S]. Then store them sufficiently
away from the working area.

Procedures for disconnecting piping of the spinner high-pressure pump

Unscrew the retaining screws of the joints connected to the
spinner high-pressure pump.

Remove the joints.

Disconnect the piping of the spinner high-pressure pump.

Remove the retaining screw of the upper bracket.

Remove the bracket.

Lift the spinner high-pressure pump.

Tilt the spinner high-pressure pump 90° to the right.

Take out the spinner high-pressure pump from inside of the
machine.

5-1-3. Replacing the consumable parts of the spinner high-
pressure pump
Caution for disassembly and assembly
In a disassembly or assembly of the spinner high-pressure pump, take note the
following points.
- Verify that the part has no flaw or breakage.
- The inside of the cylinder is non-oil specification. Make sure to clean the
disassembled parts with the methanol or deionized water.
- It is possible that the abrasion particles of the consumable parts adhere on the
inner surface of the spinner high-pressure pump. In such cases, clean the
inner surface with the methanol or deionized water.
Operation flow
This section describes the replacement procedures of the cap seal, U-packing
and wear ring.
The procedure for replacing the consumable parts consists of the following
steps.
