Perform the Gantry Mapping.
$4611 Failed to find the fiducial while performing the gantry mapping.. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Failed to recognize the fiducial mark at the designated position while performing the
gantry mapping.
[Solution]
Select the ‘Calib’ submenu from the ‘System Setup’ menu.
Click the <Gantry Mapping> button.
Perform gantry mapping. At this time, check the state of the fiducial that failed to be
recognized.
When the light for the camera is dark: Adjust the light value.
When the state of the fiducial mark is unclear: Clean the fiducial mark.
When the fiducial recognition position is out of the recognition range: Readjust the
position.
It may also occur when the conveyor calibration is defective. Perform conveyor
calibration and retry.
$4612 The calibration of the fiducial camera scale was not performed. - Gantry Mapping
[EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The scale calibration of the fiducial camera to be used was not performed while
performing the gantry mapping.
[Solution]
Select the ‘Calib’ submenu from the ‘System Setup’ menu.
Click the <Head&Camera Calib…> button.
Perform the scale calibration of the corresponding fiducial camera.
$4620 The gantry thermal mapping position was not set up. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The position of the fiducial mark for calibration was not designated while performing
the gantry thermal mapping.
[Solution]
Select the ‘Calib’ submenu from the ‘System Setup’ menu.
Click the <Gantry Thermal Mapping> button.
Teach the corresponding fiducial mark.

thermal mapping.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$4611”.
$4623 The calibration of the fifucial carmer scale was not performed. - Gantry Thermal
Mapping [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The scale calibration of the fiducial camera to be used was not performed while
performing the gantry thermal mapping.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$4612”.
$4650 The fiducial camera failed to find the fiducial mark of the PCB. [EMER LEVEL]
$4651 The fiducial mark cannot move through this area. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The fiducial camera failed to move to find the fiducial mark.
[Solution]
Check if the fiducial camera can move to the position of the corresponding fiducial
mark.
$4652 There is great difference between the coordinate of the fiducials recognized by the
fiducial camera and that of the fiducial taught by the fiducial camera.. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
The difference in the distance between measured fiducials is greater than the
designated distance. (Greater than 1mm at least)
[Solution]
Check if the CAD data of the fiducial mark for the PCB that is being worked on is
correct.
If the CAD data of the fiducial mark for the PCB that is being worked on is correct,
check if the PCB that is worked on currently is warped or the fiducial mark is out of
the normal position.
If the PCB is warped or the fiducial mark is out of the normal position, it cannot be
worked on. Therefore, remove it and continue to work on another PCB.

$4655 The fiducial camera %d cannot move to this zone. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Failed to move the fiducial camera to recognize the barcode on the PCB.
Incorrect teaching of the barcode position.
[Solution]
Move the fiducial camera to the barcode position in the barcode dialog box of the
‘PCB Edit’ menu.
Recheck the barcode recognition position and input it correctly.
$4700 The head cannot move to the dump position. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The corresponding head failed to move to the dump position.
[Solution]
Check if it is possible to move the position of the dump box for the part picked up by
the corresponding head.
Check if there is any interference with the movement of the Z axis and Mirror axis of
the corresponding head or the movement of the corresponding gantry and if the XY
axes limit sensor works correctly.
If the dump box is at the position that can be moved and if the problem occurs
continuously even though each axis has no problem for operation, contact our
designated C/S company and local agent.
$4701 A vacuum error occurred when the head dumped the part (Failed to dump the part).
[EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Although the part was dumped, the checking by pneumatic pressure indicated that the
part failed to be dumped.
[Solution]
Check if there is a part remaining at the corresponding head. If a part still remains at
the head, it means that it was not dumped due to dirt, static electricity, etc. Check the
blow path of the nozzle and head.
Check the cleaned state of the nozzle.
Check the cleaned state of the vacuum filter for the head.
Check if the spindle is clogged.
Check if the Vacuum / Blow operate normally in the IO dialog box.
Check if the Vacuum / Blow operate normally in the IO dialog box.
Despite the above checking, if a problem occurs continuously with the part not being
dumped properly, contact our C/S company and local agent.
