$ab00 Incorrect angle has been transmitted from the VME.
[Problem]
When incorrect angle has been transmitted from the VME.
[Solution]
Turn off power to the machine in the usual way. Wait 5 seconds, turn back on and
reboot the system.
$ab01 Incorrect algorithm number has been transmitted from the VME.
[Problem]
An incorrect algorithm method has been transmitted from the VME.
[Solution]
Turn off power to the machine in the usual way. Wait 5 seconds, turn back on and
reboot the system.
$ab02 In the case of checking the heat, the number of lower lead shall be more than two.
[Problem]
In the case of checking the heat, the number of lower lead is one, although it shall be
two.
[Solution]
When the lower lead is in one piece, select the error occurred component in “Part” of
the “PCB Edit” menu, and release if “Heat” is ticked on the ‘Align Data’ of the
“Profile Editor”.
$ab09 The lead size is too large.
[Problem]
Occurs when recognizing the lead larger than the one that can be recognized by the
current camera.
[Solution]
Recognize the error occurred component using a camera having larger FOV than the
present camera.
$ab0b Width of lead has deviated from the reference size.
[Problem]
Incorrect input of lead width.

System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, check the lead
width on the “Profile Editor”, and accurately input the width.
$ab0d Incorrect number of leads.
[Problem]
Incorrect number of leads was inputted.
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, check the
“Lead Num” on the “Profile Editor”, and input the accurate number of leads.
$ab13 Height of component has deviated from the reference size.
[Problem]
Incorrect input of component height.
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu and enter the
height of the component accurately on the “Profile Editor”.
$ab15 Pitch of upper lead deviated from reference value.
$ab16 Pitch of lower lead deviated from the reference value.
[Problem]
The pitch of the upper lead is different from the reference value.($ab15)
The pitch of lower lead is different from the reference value.($ab16)
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, check the
“Lead Pitch” on the “Profile Editor”, and input the accurate number of leads.
$ab17 Distance between upper leads deviated from the reference value.
[Problem]
Deviated from the reference value because the upper leads were bent.
[Solution]
Check if the leads of the component are bent.
$ab18 Distance between the lower leads deviated from the reference value.
