System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
If a component is not picked up, assign the component pickup position again at the
PCB edit feeder of the MMI. Through the SMVision window, check the pickup
position of the corresponding component in “Feeder” of the “PCB Edit” menu.
Check if the lead of the picked up component is bent.
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu and verify in
the “Profile Editor” if lead information (lead width, lead pitch) is correctly input.
$ab20 Internal function Error(TrCenterCorrection).
[Problem]
An error occurred during component recognition.
[Solution]
Turn off power to the machine in the usual way. Wait 5 seconds, turn back on and
reboot the system.
$ab21 Total number of leads is less than two.
[Problem]
The sum of the upper leads and lower leads is less than two.
Recognition is impossible when the sum of leads is less than two.
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, check the
“Lead Num” on the “Profile Editor”, and input the accurate number of leads.
$ab22 Total number of leads is too many.
[Problem]
Total number of upper leads and lower leads is more than 30.
Recognition is impossible when the sum of leads is more than 30.
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, check the
“Lead Num” on the “Profile Editor”, and input the accurate number of leads.
$ab23 Number of leads is a minus value.
[Problem]
Received incorrect value from the VME.
The lead number is inputted in a minus value.
[Solution]
Select the error occurred component in “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, check the
“Lead Num” on the “Profile Editor”, and input the accurate number of leads.
