Perform homing of the corresponding head.
$c151 The gantry cannot move since the movement limit was not found. [EMER LEVEL]
$c152 When moving the gantry in the direction of the corresponding axis, it cannot move
since it moved out of the allowable movement range of the axis. [EMER LEVEL]
$c154 Cannot lower the Z-axis of the corresponding head below the safe height since XY
movement is being performed. [EMER LEVEL]
$c155 Cannot move the corresponding axis of the head since another task is enabled. [EMER
LEVEL]
$c156 When moving the gantry in the direction of the corresponding axis, it cannot move
since it is out of the allowable movement range of the axis. [EMER LEVEL]
$c157 Timeout error occurred while moving the gantry in the direction of the corresponding

[Problem]

[Problem]
Z-axis homing cannot be performed since a large part was picked up by the
corresponding head.
[Solution]
Dump the part at the current state.
If the part cannot be dumped because the power supply to the motor is turned off,
remove the part from the head manually.
After removing the part, turn off the pneumatic pressure system manually.
Perform homing again.
If trouble continues to occur, please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha
Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. or the local agent.

$c15b Cannot rotate the head spindle in the direction of the R-axis due to the large part

[Problem]
A large part is picked up by the other head that shares the corresponding head or R-
axis. At this time, if the head is moved, it interferes with the large part. Therefore, it is
unable to move in the R-axis direction.
[Solution]
When it is being moved manually, dump the part picked up by the sharing head and try
to move it again.
When it is being produced automatically, stop the production.
Check the step program to determine whether there is a cycle performed by two heads
simultaneously that share the R-axis.
When there is such cycle, in the case of the large part, perform adjustment so that the
heads sharing the R-axis do not work simultaneously.
Start the automatic production again.
If the above step program is made by the optimizer, contact our C/S company or local
agent.
$c706 Origin offset search of the corresponding axis was performed. Perform setup as
HO=TRUE in the configuration file. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
Skew calibration was completed and a new skew value was applied.

[Problem]

Replace the corresponding control board.

[Problem]
The interference prevention function was operated since the interference between two
gantries was expected.
[Solution]
Stop the machine.
Check if the gantries contacted each other at the current state of the machine.
If they contacted, inquire about the impact sound at the time of contact from the
operator who operated the machine at that time. If it was found that the impact sound
was loud, stop the machine and contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
If there was no contact of gantries in the machine, check the sensor detecting the
interference between gantries and corresponding I/O board. If they have any problem,
replace them.
Check if the movement speed and acceleration speed of the Gantry Y axis are different
from the setups at the time of delivery.
Check if the gain values of the Y-axis drivers for the front and rear gantries are
identical.
