$c70b Failed to enable the interrupt of the axis control board. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The interrupt of the corresponding axis control board was not enabled.
[Solution]
Replace the corresponding control board.
please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
or the local agent.
$c70c The gantry stopped since the function to prevent the interference between gantries
was enabled. (Sum: %d, Interference value: %d) [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The interference prevention function was operated since the interference between two
gantries was expected.
[Solution]
Stop the machine.
Check if the gantries contacted each other at the current state of the machine.
If they contacted, inquire about the impact sound at the time of contact from the
operator who operated the machine at that time. If it was found that the impact sound
was loud, stop the machine and contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
If there was no contact of gantries in the machine, check the sensor detecting the
interference between gantries and corresponding I/O board. If they have any problem,
replace them.
Check if the movement speed and acceleration speed of the Gantry Y axis are different
from the setups at the time of delivery.
Check if the gain values of the Y-axis drivers for the front and rear gantries are
identical.
please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
or the local agent.
$c714 An error related to the control of the corresponding axis motor of the gantry occurred.
[EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
An error occurred when controlling the corresponding axis.
[Solution]
Check the systems related to the driving of the corresponding axis including axis
control board, motor driver, motor, and cables.
please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
or the local agent.

$c715 Timeout occurred to the $A axis. [EMER ??]
[Problem]
Head movement timeout occurred to the X and Y axes.
[Solution]
Home the head and perform production again.
Check the position to which the head is to move.
$c716 The origin position of the corresponding axis motor was changed. Perform calibration
of the origin. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The distance between the index mark (on the Z(C) of the motor) and home sensor of
the corresponding axis was changed. It was thought that the distance was changed due
to the disassembling and assembling of the motor or home sensor.
[Solution]
Perform calibration of the corresponding axis again.
please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
or the local agent.
$c717 An error occurred while searching the origin of the corresponding axis. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
An error occurred while performing calibration of the twin axis skew
[Solution]
Check the skew control board.
Check the systems related to the driving of the corresponding axis including axis
control board, motor driver, motor, and cables.
please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
or the local agent.
$c719 The AMP is not enabled. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Since the motor driver is not enabled, the corresponding axis cannot be moved.
[Solution]
Check the systems related to the driving of the corresponding axis including axis
control board, motor driver, motor, and cables.
please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
or the local agent.

System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
$c71e An error occurred while moving out of the detection range of the home sensor of the
corresponding axis. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
An error occurred while homing since it did not move out of the detection range of the
home sensor.
[Solution]
Check if the home sensor of the corresponding axis operates properly. The items to be
checked include sensor, sensor cable, sensor cable contact defect, etc.
Check the systems related to the driving of the corresponding axis including axis
control board, motor driver, motor, and cables.
Despite such checks and measures, if the problem occurs again, contact our designated
C/S and local agent.
$c720 Failed to find the origin return error - index mark of the corresponding axis. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
An error occurred due to the failure to find the index mark (on motor Z (C) of the
motor) while returning to origin.
[Solution]
Check the systems related to the driving of the corresponding axis including axis
control board, motor driver, motor, and cables.
Despite such checks and measures, if the problem occurs again, contact our designated
C/S and local agent.
$c721 Axis R Home error - Fail to diag Aux sensor. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Auxiliary home sensor does not work.
[Solution]
Check the operation of the auxiliary home sensor. Check the auxiliary home sensor for
any problems with the sensor dog and cable.
$c722 The limit sensor detected the corresponding axis before it was returned to the origin.
[EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The limit search was performed when the axis was not returned to the origin.
[Solution]
Return the corresponding axis to the origin.
Perform limit search.
