System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
After replacing the solenoid valve, set the blow pressure level.
E0324 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure becomes low due to a clogged
spindle
[Cause]
Clogged spindle
[Measures]
Clean the spindle periodically referring to the Maintenance Handbook.
Open the 'Pneumatic Pressure Diagnosis' dialog box of the MMI and insert the CN040
nozzle into the nozzle holder. Then turn on the vacuum system. The normal head
vacuum level is 600~700mmHg with the nozzle end covered with a hand. (The nozzle
and vacuum level differ by machine.)
E0325 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure becomes low due to an air leak
from therotary joint
[Cause]
Air leaks from the rotary joint
[Measures]
Replace the rotary joint.
E0326 The pickup section of the LED part consists of adhesive material
[Cause]
Since the pickup section of the LED part is treated with silicon, it is sticky
[Measures]
Select the nozzle suitable to the LED and perform a dump test. If the problem occurs
continuously, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
E0327 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure becomes low with the oil entering
the vacuum generator
[Cause]
Fouled vacuum generator filter
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the vacuum generator)
E0328 A part adheres to the nozzle since static electricity is generated between the nozzle and
part
[Cause]
Static electricity was generated between the nozzle and part

Next Generation, Multi-Functional Placer DECAN S1 Troubleshooting Guide
[Measures]
After eliminating the static electricity with an ionizer, perform the work using a
genuine nozzle.
E0329 A part adheres to adhesive foreign material adhering to the nozzle tip
[Cause]
The nozzle tip is contaminated with solder or foreign materials
[Measures]
Clean the nozzle periodically referring to the Maintenance Handbook.
E0340 Standard nozzle is not used
[Cause]
Standard nozzle is not used
[Measures]
Use the standard nozzle supplied by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.. The
'HANWHA' logo is printed on the side of the nozzle supplied by Hanwha Precision
Machinery Co., Ltd..
E0341 The nozzle not suitable to the part was used
[Cause]
A nozzle suitable for the part is not used
[Measures]
Change the nozzle with the one suitable for the corresponding work referring to the
Operation Handbook.
E0350 Failed to detect a pickup error due to a defective vacuum sensor board
[Cause]
The vacuum sensor board is defective
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the sensor board)
E0351 Defective nozzle check sensor operation (PIP part)
[Cause]
The nozzle check sensor does not operate due to interference with the light source
[Measures]
Check whether the nozzle check sensor operates properly. If the problem occurs
continuously, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.

System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
E0360 The PCB was bypassed without being worked on due to the defective PCB detection
sensor
[Cause]
The PCB sensor is defective.
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the sensor)
1.2.2.2. Abnormal Placement Error
E0400 The XY coordinates of the corresponding spindle center become incorrect due to a
deformed ball spline
[Cause]
The ball spline is warped
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the ball spline)
E0401 Incorrect common data setup
[Cause]
1) Incorrect setup of vacuum/blow delay time
2) Incorrect part transfer speed setup
[Measures]
1) Set the delay time suitable for the part to be placed while changing the vacuum/blow
delay time little by little.
2) Set the speed suitable for the part to be placed while changing the part transfer speed
little by little.
E0402 The Z-axis driving system was not connected properly
[Cause]
Defective motor or belt connection
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Check the driving motor and belt
for any defect)
E0403 The Z-axis motor driver does not operate properly
[Cause]
Incorrect gain or properties of the motor were inputted.
[Measures]
