$a421 A part moved out of the area margin.
[Cause]
The X or Y offset of the center of the inspected part exceeded the set area margin.
[Measures]
Check the part pickup position of the feeder.
1.3.3. MELF related error[aa00 ~ aa2b]
$aa04 Cannot find a part.
[Cause]
A part is not picked up properly.
The part is not seen since the illumination is too dark.
[Measures]
Check whether the part is picked up properly.
$aa07 The X size of the part is recognized differently.
[Cause]
The X size measurement of the picked part is larger or smaller than the registered size,
exceeding the allowable range.
[Measures]
Check whether the registered part information corresponds to the picked part and
check the allowable error.

$aa08 The Y size of the part is recognized differently.
[Cause]
The Y size measurement of the picked part is larger or smaller than the registered size,
exceeding the allowable range.
[Measures]
Check whether the registered part information corresponds to the picked part and
check the allowable error.
$aa09 The X center of the part deviates too much.
[Cause]
The offset X of the center of the inspected part deviates from the inspection area in the
'+' or '-' direction.
[Measures]
Check the part pickup position of the feeder.
If it is picked up properly, check 'Ignore Center Offset' and perform setup to avoid an
occurrence of the corresponding error.
$aa0a The Y center of the part deviates too much.
[Cause]
The offset Y of the center of the inspected part deviates from the inspection area in the
'+' or '-' direction.
