Position the SM 12mm~16mm tape feeder between the drain gear and forming gear
while loading the upper cover tape protruding from the tape separation slot on rollers
A and B. The remaining procedure is identical to that of the SM 8mm tape feeder.

24~88mm Tape Feeder
When placing the cover tape, be mindful of the direction of the cover tape as shown
in the figure, and ensure that the adhesive surface (surface attached to the
transportation tape) of the cover tape faces the direction of the Pressing gear.
Position the SM 24mm~88mm tape feeder between the drain gear and Pressing gear
while loading the upper cover tape protruding from the tape separation slot on roller
A.
At this time, place the upper cover tape between the above two gears, and secures the
tape, making sure it is pulled tight. Then pull the upper cover tape tight with one hand
and turn the pressing gear clockwise to pull the tape into a taut position.

If the vinyl box is filled with the upper cover tape (vinyl tape), the magnet moves up
automatically to open the vinyl box cover. Take out the upper cover tape and cut it
with the vinyl cutter at the back of the main frame and then close the vinyl box cover.
