: Heben Sie den Deckel ab.

: Ziehen Sie die alte Filtermatte (inkl. Filterrahmen) vom Klettstreifen, entlang des Randbereichs
des Deckelrahmens ab.
: Entfernen Sie ggf. Filtermattenreste und sonstige festhängende Teile von der Klettfläche.
: Befestigen Sie die neue Filtermatte (Art.-Nr. 00315209-01), die im Lieferzustand bereits auf ei-
nem Filterrahmen befestigt ist, mit Hilfe des Klettverschlusses am Deckelrahmen.
: Setzen Sie den Deckel auf.
1.7.3 Absaugen der Luftfiltermatten, wöchentlich
: Schalten Sie den Bestückautomaten am Hauptschalter aus.

Beachten Sie dabei die Ausschaltroutine. 1

: Sichern Sie den Automaten während der Instandhaltung gegen unbefugtes Wiedereinschal-
ten.
: Prüfen Sie per Sichtkontrolle sicher, daß alle 4 Lüfter stillstehen.
: Öffnen Sie den Deckel des Luftfilterkastens wie oben beschrieben und nehmen Sie ihn ab.
: Verwenden Sie einen Staubsauger mit breiter Düse und saugen Sie die Filtermatte auf der
Oberseite einmal wöchentlich gründlich ab.

Air filter box with more powerful fan
1.1 Use and overview
The optional air filter box with the more powerful fan that it requires is used where there is
increased dust in the ambient air around the placement machine. This option allows filtered
ambient air to be supplied in order to cool the motors inside the SIPLACE HS-50 or HS-60
machine.
All the safety instructions specified in the HS maintenance instructions take priority for the main-
tenance.
