Progressive Cavity Pump Accessories
797PCP-2K modular manifolds are engineered to provide mixing options for a broad
range of two-part uids and viscosities. The modular design allows use with or without
pressure sensors and is compatible with EFD bayonet and standard bell style mixers.
In addition, different ow path sizes allow optimization of uid ow for mix ratio
dispensing:
• For a 1:1 mix ratio, use the 2 x 2 mm bayonet manifold or 5 x 5 mm bell manifold.
• For a 4:1 or 10:1 mix ratio, use the 2 x 4 mm bayonet manifold or 2 x 5 mm bell
manifold.
With pressure sensors, manufacturers can
safeguard that two-component uids are
mixed properly. This ensures that two-
part uids cure correctly, saving valuable
production time and reducing rework
and rejects.
Pressure sensors monitor the pressure
of uid moving through Side A and Side
B of the 797PCP-2K modular manifolds,
allowing users to quickly identify an
increase or decrease in uid pressure that
could impact the mix ratio.

Progressive Cavity Pump Accessories
Nordson EFD’s 797PCP-2K shutoff bracket assembly eliminates leaking, drooling, and
dripping at the outlet of the progressive cavity pump. Manufacturers can reduce 2K
production waste, lower manufacturing costs, decrease production time, and improve
quality — putting an end to long set times or stringing challenges.
The shutoff bracket offers seamless compatibility with Nordson EFD automated uid
dispensing solutions. The system operates with the E Series (E3–E5 only), EV Series
(E3V–E6V only), and all PROPlus / PRO Series and GV Series robots.

box, Y-valves, cables, 5-micron filter / regulator,
