1 章 设备概
1 设备概要
1.1 前言
FX-1/FX-1R 高速模块式贴片机,具有中型模块机 KE-2050 生产节拍 2 倍的实际贴装能力,既继
承了 KE-2000 系列、KE-700 系列贴片机以来积累的模块式概念的灵活性,又进一步提高了经济性、
通用性、操作性、扩展性、可靠性、维护性和安全性,是具有逐片式 X-Y 机器人+多贴片头联装式的
贴片机。
FX-1/ FX-1R KE 系统 X-Y 龙门结构基础上,采用线性马达驱动 X 轴,配备两个贴片头,交替
进行吸取与贴片,并增加了基板在 Y 向移动的 Y 台架轴,实现了高效生产。
FX-1/ FX-1R 主要是为贴装小型芯片元件,以下游工序与 KE 系列的通用贴片机联接构成一般生
产线为主导思想设计的。并且,可通过 HLCHost Line Computer 主控计算机) KE-2000 系列、KE-700
系列、以及 JUKI 制造的粘接剂点胶机实行程序的最佳分配,联机控制,构成对应各种不同需要的生
产线。
通过组合的生产支援系统「IS」(智能车间解决方案),对 JUKI 贴片机及点胶机上与生产相关
的各种业务和信息,以车间(=制造现场)为单位进行涵盖管理、优化,实现整体车间的生产性、制
造品质的提高,提高效率、降低成本。

FX-1/FX-1R 的基板规格为 L 型,系列化产品包括有适应欧洲安全规格(CE 标记)的机种,可对
应到 6mm 件高度的,唯有 SC 规格。
