Inner Diameter of Nozzle 

Refers to a device connected to the spindle end, which holds a nozzle.

Refers to a small rotating shaft belonging to the head assembly of the machine. It has

a nozzle holder at its end. The precisely driven timing belt and AC servo motor move

the Z-axis for component pick-up and placement and the micro step motor moves the

-axis for correction of component position.

Head Assembly 

Consists of mechanisms belonging to the head assembly or the head body supporting

pneumatic devices, spindle, driving motor, and flying vision assembly, and is used to

recognize the component shape and fiducial camera.

Flying Vision 

Refers to the combination of flying camera and flying camera illumination.

Solenoid Valve 



Refers to an electronic valve that is electrically opened and closed, which is

connected to the electromagnet of the solenoid.

Blow Chamber

Attenuates the thundering sound generated when the pneumatic device (solenoid) is

operated by the pneumatic pressure supplied to the machine to an appropriate level.

Current Breaker

Breaks the circuit when an abnormally large current flows through the circuit as the

result of a fault, such as in the case of a short circuit.

Air Filter

Refers to a device that removes any dust suspended in the air.

Auto Drainer

Refers to a device that automatically discharges the water collected in the air filter.

Grease Gun

Refers to a device that supplies grease.

Nipple Tip

Refers to a type of connection that is connected to the grease gun. The types of

nipple tips vary according to the shape of the grease nipple.

Main Circuit Breaker

Located at the bottom left of the rear side of the machine, it switches on or off the
