2.3. Stage Camera Cleaning
2.3.1. Cover Glass
Inspection
Perform visual inspection to determine whether there is any dust or foreign matter on
the cover glass of the stage camera, which can cause error when the camera
recognizes a component.

Solution
Separate the cover glass by unscrewing two screws on the side of the stage camera.
Clean the dust or foreign matter on the cover glass of the stage camera using a clean

cloth and alcohol.
Assemble the LED assembly by screwing the four screws.
Caution
The cover glass is fragile. Take care.

Inspection
Check to see if there are any dust or contamination on the camera lens.
Solution
When cleaning the cover glass, remove the cover glass and then blow dust off the
lens using the air ejector in the cleaning kit provided.

3.1.1. Nozzle Holder
Inspection
The nozzle holder could be damaged or bent. Check the nozzle holder to make sure
there is no bent.
Touch nozzle holder with a finger to check if the nozzle holder spring work well.

Solution
Disassemble the damaged nozzle holder from the spindle using 7mm and 8mm spanners,
and mount the nozzle holder in the adverse order in which it was disassembled.
When disassembling the nozzle holder from the head (refer to Figure. 3-1)
Grip the head spindle at the groove (A) using a 7mm spanner.
Turn to loosen the nozzle holder gripping it at the hex shaped portion (B) using
an 8mm spanner until it can be loosened by hand.
Loosen and remove the nozzle holder by hand.
When fixing the nozzle holder to the head
Tighten the nozzle holder in the adverse order in which it was loosened.
If the nozzle holder spring doesn’t work well, inject the provided nozzle cleaning liquid
into points of injection referring to the following figures.
