Turn off power supply to the machine. If necessary, turn off power supply to the
machine and then pull and move the X-frame further forward.
Remove dust on the mirror surface using the brush in the cleaning kit provided.
Blow off lens dust from its front side using the air spray contained in the cleaning kit
provided by Samsung Techwin.
If viewed from below, there is an approximate 1cm gap between the lighting
assembly bracket and the lens. Clean any lens dust with a swab by inserting it through
the gap. If necessary, dip the swab in alcohol to moisten and then use it to clean the
lens.

3.1.3. Cooling Fan
Inspection
Check to ensure proper operation of the cooling fan built into the PC and the one on the
machine cover. If they do not run smoothly, error may be caused in the electronic devices.
Solution
Clean the cooling fan built into the PC and the one on the machine cover. If they are
found to have any problem, contact our C/S Company (STS) for replacement.
3.2. Monthly Inspection
3.2.1. Nozzle Holder Tube
Inspection
If the machine is used for a long period of time, the flexibility of the nozzle holder tube
becomes weak, causing problems when mounting the nozzle for replacement. Therefore,
check the tube on a regular basis. Take care to ensure that the tube is not damaged. Even
slight damage may lead to a tear in the tube.

Solution
Replace it when the the nozzle holder tube is damaged.
Caution
When replacing the nozzle holder tube, if the pneumatic air
line is not shut off, it may affect the head function. Replace
the nozzle holder tube once the pneumatic air line has
been shut off.
3.2.2. Vacuum Filter
Inspection
Problem to the vacuum can occur when the vacuum filter has been contaminated by dust
in the air or due to solder paste. Check the vacuum filter regularly to make sure the filter
is free from contamination.
