Equipment required for Maintenance Workflow 2 SIPLACE SX1/2
1 Check the head status, remove tables (COT), exchange nozzles and
shut down machine
2 Empty and clean the reject bin.
3 Check the fans on the GCU / MGCU and switch off the machine.
4 If required exchange the head to be maintained.
5 Clean the Z-Axis of the remaining C&P20x.
6 Check and clean the X- and Y-Axis magnets.
7 Clean the X-Axis loose bearing, contact surface and scale and replace
the lubrication system.
8 Clean the Y-Axis loose bearing, contact surface and scale and replace
the lubrication system.
9 Clean the conveyor, lifting tables and gantry cables.
10 Clean the stationary camera (CPP / TH).
11 Prepare the feeder, return all tables, close the covers and switch on
machine.
12 If required calibrate the head exchanged.
13 Check the filter discs of all C&P20x.
14 Check the nozzle seating of all C&P heads.
15 Check the anti glare shields of C&P20 A.
16 Endurance run.
17 Check the cover fans and clean the protection cover.
