1 Move the gantry with the head to be main-
tained to the end limit.
2 Loosen the 2 screws holding the camera
visual shield.
3 Disconnect the ribbon cables from the
right head segment.
4 Unplug the 3 air hoses from the right head
segment.
5 Remove the 3 screws fixing the right head
segment.
6 Hold the segment firmly, remove the last
screw and take the segment away.

7 Put the segment into the transport con-
tainer.
8 Unplug the 3 air hoses from the left head
segment.
9 Disconnect the ribbon cables from the left
head segment.
10 Remove 3 screws fixing the left head seg-
ment.
11 Hold the segment firmly, remove the last
screw and take the segment away.
12 Put the segment into the transport con-
tainer.

13 Take the left head segment out of the
transport container.
14 Hold the segment firmly to the left position
of the mounting plate and secure it with 1
screw.
15 Insert the missing 3 screws to the seg-
ment and fix them slightly.
16 Fasten all screws with a torque of 2.7Nm. 17 Connect the 3 air hoses to the segment. 18 Connect the ribbon cables to the segment.
